Hey everybody!
Happy belated Father’s Day to all the dads out there, especially my husband who just celebrated his first! He is a wonderful and loving father to our son <3
I hope everyone is keeping cool on this very sweaty, sweltering day! Won’t be long now before I will be able to take my little munchkin (who is exactly 9 months old today!) to the beach for the first time! I can’t wait… I have already equipped myself with a super cool bucket full of sand toys that are not really age appropriate and a GIGANTIC beach umbrella to shield my fair-haired bundle from the burning rays of the glorious summer sun! I expect much fun.. and sand eating! haha
Anyways, I just wanted to update since I haven’t really been blogging much over the past week or so. We have started doing some home renovations with the help of KV construction and they have been consuming a lot of my time. My garden is planted and doing exceptionally well so far this year and we finally got Carson’s Fisher-Price swing hung on the tree in the backyard… he loves it! As far as my online activities go here, I am currently working on a list of summer camps and updating the activities calendar as some programming has changed for the summer. Will have the changes posted as soon as possible! You can click here for more information about this event.
P.S. Check out this turtle I saw last week over by the Blackwell trail! At first I thought it was a rock.. but no. It was a huge turtle wandering towards the road. Look at the tail on this guy! Hope he changed his mind and headed back for the water once we left 😉
