Saturday June 29th, the Optimists Club of Bright’s Grove will host their annual Canada Festival.
This year’s event plans to be bigger with more participants in the Parade and a Concert which includes renowned Harmonica player Mike Stevens. PARADE prizes will be awarded for ‘Best-in-parade” contests. Children taking part in parade receive a free pop and hot dog. Participants required for Children’s Decorated Bike Contest, Decorated Floats, Decorated Vehicles and Wheelbarrows plus Best Dressed Dogs. FESTIVITIES start at Noon, where entertainment will include a Carnival, Clown Show, Dance Performances and Minute-to-win-it contests.
FREE EVENING CONCERT starts at 7:30 PM. A ROCKING/COLLIDE SHOW starring Whiskey Rain & 3rd WAVE with a Guest performance by the renowned Harmonica player MIKE STEVENS.
