Lots of great things going on around Sarnia-Lambton in 2014 and I swear that I am going to do my best to get them all posted here (it is one of my New Year’s resolutions to be a better blogger!).
First thing is first! YOGA! Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely love yoga because it has helped me so much with my sciatica as well as my chronic lower back and hip pain. The difference in my pain levels is like night and day. Plus, it gives you an amazing mind/body connection and makes you feel so GOOD 🙂
That being said, Leslie of Specialty Yoga and Pilates has forwarded me her upcoming session information for anyone who might be interested in joining Prenatal or Mommy & Baby Yoga:
Prenatal Yoga starts up Thursday, Jan 9th and runs for 6 weeks until Feb 13th. Classes are offered at The Urban Nature Center at 184 N. Christina St. Classes start at 7 pm and run till 8 pm.
Cost for a 6 class session is $55. Drop-in fee (per class) is $12.
Currently there are 6 ladies confirmed for the class, leaving room for only 2-3 more participants. Another 6 week winter session will follow this session. Any interested Mommies-to-be are welcome to contact Leslie Pullen at lpullen@
gmail.comAs for Mommy & Baby Yoga, there is a FREE class coming up on Thursday, Jan 9th from 3 – 4pm. Mommies and Babies are welcome!
