Ooohhhhh there are so many family activities going on around Sarnia right now!!! March break, Easter in the Parks and…. drumroll, please…… MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVALS! So Canadian.
If you are interested in setting out on a nice day of outdoor fun, don’t miss out on these local festivals:
Open Daily Until April 3, first 2 weekends in April:
- McLachlan Family Maple Syrup Camp & Pancake House. Horse drawn wagon rides during March Break and on weekends! (Komoka) *This is my pick this year! See you soon, McLachlan Family!
March 19-20:
- 9am – 3pm: Ipperwash Maple Syrup Festival (Free Sugar shanty tours and hay rides at Williamson Farms. All you can eat pancake breakfast served by Forest Kiwanis Club at the Legacy Recreation Centre, Thedford)
- 10am – 3pm: A.W. Campbell Conservation Area (Alvinston)
March 26-27
- 8am – 6pm: Watford Fire and Rotary Annual Maple Syrup Festival (this is just a breakfast – no outdoor activities)
- 9am – 3pm: Ipperwash Maple Syrup Festival (Free Sugar shanty tours and hay rides at Williamson Farms. All you can eat pancake breakfast served by Forest Kiwanis Club at the Legacy Recreation Centre, Thedford)
