Good Morning and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
There is a TON of great stuff going on around Sarnia today and I hope everyone gets their green on and finds something fun to do! You can celebrate Green Day at the Children’s Library, do some ice skating, build a free snowman napkin holder at Home Depot’s kid’s workshop, go see How To Train Your Dragon 2 at Victoria Hall and much more!
Hey everyone,
As you might remember, I recently had a giveaway featuring a costume dress from an award-winning local company called Great Pretenders. They are committed to helping children develop their imaginations and creative thinking skills through pretend play.
Great Pretenders often hosts information sessions for parents of toddlers promoting educational games, the rules of pretend play, and the effect this has on child development, especially those with special needs. If there’s enough interest, I would love organize and host one of these sessions for parents here in Sarnia.
If you are interested in attending an educational information session about the many benefits of pretend play and promoting child education, please fill out the form below and I will contact you with the event info when it is finalized!
Good Morning!
I hope you are all enjoying a nice relaxing Sunday morning. Maybe a few of you lucky ducks (like my daughter) are still sleeping! Thanks to my 3 year old, I have been awake for hours. I actually don’t mind getting up really early, though. There’s something really peaceful about being up while it’s still dark out. Plus, I get to enjoy a little one on one time with the little guy.
I didn’t post what was going on for the weekend yesterday as I normally do because I was just too busy but I hope you all found something fun to do. Here’s what’s on today:
Sunday, March 15:
Next weekend the maple syrup festivals start!

Don’t forget to check out the Sarnia Mom Source Activities Calendar regularly so you don’t miss out of any fun! I am working on adding March Break activities on there.
